Some slower internet connections have trouble with high-bandwidth video. Try selecting a lower quality level (such as 160p or 360p) using the buttons above the player.

Some very restrictive firewalls can cause difficulties viewing a webcast. The tests at this page should help you determine whether your firewall is blocking necessary webcasting ports. If any of these tests list "Failure", ask your system administrator to unblock the following ports: 1935, 43, 443 TCP and UDP.
If none of these steps allow you to view the webcast, email support@sparkstreetdigital.com with a detailed description of the problem, along with the following information:
Your operating system (e.g. Windows 7 or 8, Mac OS 10.9 (Mavericks), Android or iOS)
Your browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)
